🚚 Orders Cannot Be Canceled After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations. Please double-check your address and product selection before placing an order.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, under these conditions:
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition;
  • Return shipping is covered by the customer;
  • Due to hygiene, opened press-on nails are not returnable;
  • Contact us first to receive the return address.

💰Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.
